SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

Orders are sent via Canada Post unless otherwise specified. Applicable provincial and federal taxes are applied when your order is processed depending on the item destination. All orders are shipped from Kitchener, Ontario and take one to two business days to process depending on order volume and availability. Orders are estimated to arrive approximately 2 to 10 business days after shipping from our store location. Please note that shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times.

Please make sure to provide correct shipping information, as Logel's Auto Parts will not reimburse or resend missing product if it is deemed the address is incorrect.  

LOCAL DELIVERY

If you shipping address falls within our local delivery area, we will drop your order off using one of our delivery trucks. Waterloo, Kitchener, Cambridge, Guelph and surrounding area are all serviced, as well as the GTA. Generally we run daily delivery service, orders to distant addresses may take an extra day or be delivered using Canada Post. For local deliveries, please include any special delivery instructions in the order notes.

 

IN-STORE PICK UP

When choosing pick up in store, please contact us either by phone, email, or note on your order to let us know who will be picking up the order.
